Mushroom Farm Park
aka Hyundai Sky Park
A magical green hideaway right in the heart of Sandton's business district - occupying the site of an old mushroom farm. Renamed Hyundai Sky Park after the giant tethered balloon that floats 120 metres above the park, giving visitors breathtaking views of the Sandton skyline.

Innesfree Park
A sprawling 42-hectare oasis in the heart of Sandton - one of the largest green spaces in the precinct. Two scenic dams reflect the surrounding skyline while native birds wheel overhead. The park is regularly used for concerts, motor shows, and arts exhibitions.

Sandton Central Park
A landscaped public park maintained by the Sandton Central Management District as part of the precinct's greening and beautification programme. A peaceful spot to pause amid the skyscrapers.

George Lee Park
aka Sandton Sports Club
Open grassed sports grounds set in the leafy Parkmore suburb. A classic neighbourhood park with space for sport, picnics, and outdoor recreation - popular with local sports clubs and families.

Greening Programme
SCMD actively plants trees, shrubs and seasonal flowers across the district, maintaining Sandton's reputation as a green precinct.
Pedestrian Upgrades
Key streets - Grayston Drive, Katherine Street, West Street and more - have been upgraded with new surfaces, lighting and universal accessibility.
Grayston Bridge
A dedicated walking and cycling bridge connecting Alexandra's No 3 Square to Sandton City - the centrepiece of Sandton's eco-mobility vision.
Urban Biodiversity
Parks and green corridors support 80+ bird species and urban wildlife, preserving biodiversity in the heart of the city.
Daily Upkeep
Cleaning, landscaping & maintenance 7 days a week
26 SCMD cleaning staff maintain the district's outdoor spaces daily from 06h00 to 17h00, seven days a week - covering street cleaning, landscaping, park maintenance, and litter removal across the entire precinct. Together with the 36 Men in Red safety ambassadors, Sandton Central's outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
