Book sales at Sandton Library
Occasionally, we host book sales at Sandton Library. These are books that have been donated to the public library and not Sandton library stock. Our book sales are very affordable, and we usually have a wide variety of books to choose from. Keep a lookout on our social pages for upcoming events to view the next big book sale.
Sandton Library parking
There is free parking available at Nelson Mandela Square and the Sandton Gautrain station is also a short five-minute walk away for visitors coming outside of Sandton City.
Joburg Tourism Head Office
Within the Nelson Mandela Square community, we share the space with Joburg Tourism’s head office inside the Sandton Library. This move took place in 2016, as Sandton Central is a key business, tourist and events hub in South Africa and on the continent.
The Joburg Tourism offices are on the 4th floor of the Sandton Library building and houses its entire executive team and support staff.
