    Joburg Water are moving offices & so their minicall centre is offline. The customer@jwater.co.za email to log outages won't work. The City Of Joburg call centre on 011375555 or 0860 562 874 is still operational. They have set up a temporary WhatsApp group for councillors to escalate issues. Before escalating, give them 48 hours to restore a burst pipe/meter; 24 hours for a blocked sewer.
