JOIN A VIRTUAL MEETING IN YOUR REGION AND HAVE YOUR SAY! The Municipal Property Rates Act 6 of 2004 (MPRA) requires that the City of Johannesburg reviews its Rates Policy on an annual basis. Property owners and interested parties are invited to participate the process to ensure a Rates Policy that is sustainable, equitable and fair. Due to prevailing lockdown regulations in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19, all meetings will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams.
