JSE-listed ADvTECH's R420 million, 47,000 m² state-of-the-art private higher education campus that launched in February 2026, uniting Varsity College, Vega School and MSA under the new Emeris brand. Located on Grayston Drive, it accommodates 9,000 students initially, rising to 13,000+.

Alice Lane 3
A 35,000 m² P-grade commercial building by Abland designed by Paragon Architects and built by WBHO, certified with a 4-Star Green Star SA rating. Completed in February 2017, it is anchored by law firm Bowmans and forms part of the prestigious Alice Lane precinct in Sandton.
Eris mixed-use office & retail development
The MARC
A R2.8 billion landmark mixed-use development on the former Village Walk site at the corner of Maude and Rivonia Roads. Designed by Boogertman + Partners for Eris Property Group and completed in 2018, The MARC comprises 62,000 m² of offices and 15,000 m² of retail, and won an International Property Award in 2019.
