Johannesburg City Parks Online Questionnaire

Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo (JCPZ) has appointed Urban-Econ to conduct a user profile and satisfaction questionnaire. With this information, the JCPZ can determine the quality of services provided along with interventions on how to improve on its quality and offering.

This questionnaire aims to achieve the following objectives:
1. Demographic, geographic and psychographic profile of the JCPZ parks users
2. Indicate which services are required and used
3. Indicate if the current services are at acceptable standards
4. Test the brand perception of JCPZ

Please note that responses will remain confidential and will only be presented in an aggregated form.

At the end of the questionnaire there will be an opportunity to enter into a competition and stand a chance to be one of 200 winners.
