tashas The MARC has introduced a delicious after-work ‘Bites and Drinks’ menu, offering a selection of small plates expertly curated by head chef Sasha Pieterse.

Inspired by the Café Society culture, tashas The MARC offers the perfect after-hours escape from the bustling streets of Sandton. As the year draws to a close, what better way to unwind than with a post-work cocktail, or glass of wine, and a delectable snack?

The ‘Bites and Drinks’ menu has a number of dishes to choose from. Some of Sasha’s favourite pairings are:
• Beer battered cauliflower with tarragon mayo. Suggested pairing: Mullineux Kloof Street Chenin Blanc
• Zucchini fries with lemon parsley mayo. Suggested pairing: Ken Forrester Sauvignon Blanc
• Burrata Caprese. Suggested pairing: Waterford Rosemary
• Grilled halloumi with homemade teriyaki sweet chili sauce. Suggested pairing: Turkish Delight cocktail
• Hake bites with garlic mayo. Suggested pairing: Pimms cocktail
• Sliced ribeye with horseradish and chive butter (to share). Suggested pairing: Sutherland Pinot Noir.

tashas The MARC is located at The Marc Shopping Centre on the corner of Rivonia Road and Maude Street in Sandton. They are open Monday to Friday from 07h00 to 18h00, Saturday from 07h30 to 18h00, and Sundays from 07h30 to 16h00.
