Mediclinic Morningside has implemented strict screening protocols to manage staff and patients entering our hospital. All our staff have been equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment to further reduce the risk of transmission. Patients are issued with a cloth mask if they are unable to provide their own or a surgical mask if their condition requires, to further manage risk of transmission.

Our visitor policy has been relaxed for patients in non-Covid areas; we understand that patients recover better with a loved one nearby. Our Maternity unit is ready to welcome your baby, granting proud fathers access for the birth.

Many people may have delayed medical treatment due to fear of Covid. It is very important not to neglect any underlying and untreated conditions. If you are ill or in pain, and you need medical treatment or elective surgery, please don’t put your health at further risk.

Mediclinic Morningside offers a 24-hour Emergency Centre catering for all medical emergencies.
