Our master sommelier Miguel Chan will pair each course with wines from the hotel’s cellar, including some of the best Nederburg Auction Wines:
· 7 course Chef’s Table menu excluding wines: R995 per person
· 7 course Chef’s Table menu including wine pairing per course: From: R1670 per person
· One 100ml glass of wine per course or seven glasses per bottle, with extra charge on consumption.
